The winning poems of the competition, and the poems awarded an Honourable Mention, are published in the following year’s Voices Israel Anthology. The texts of the winning poems, and from 2008 also the texts of those that won an Honourable Mention, are also here on our website.
Information on the judges, the list of winners, and full texts of the poems can be accessed by year from the links below. The list goes back to 2004.
- From 2004 through 2007, four prizes were awarded and a variable number of Honourable Mentions or Commendations.
- In 2008 three prizes were awarded, followed by several Highly Commended poems and several Commended.
- Thereafter three prizes and ten Honourable Mentions have been awarded each year, with a rule that no poet may receive, in a given year, more than one award (one prize or one Honourable Mention).
The yearly pages listed below include the information about the competition, and a link to a PDF file containing the texts of the poems. From 2004 to 2007 inclusive, only the texts of the winning poems (not the poems that won Honourable Mentions or Commendations) were uploaded to the website and are therefore available. From 2008 the full texts of all of them are available.
